Connect FeedAI to Your AI

Connect your complete health data - nutrition, sleep, recovery, body composition, and activity - to ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI assistants.

What does "MCP" mean?

In simple terms: MCP lets you give ChatGPT or Claude permission to see all your health data.

Once connected, you can ask questions like "How did I sleep last night?", "What's my recovery score?", or "What should I eat for dinner to hit my protein goal?" and the AI will answer using your actual health data.

1 Prerequisites

Before you begin, make sure you have:

  • FeedAI app installed on your iOS device
  • An active FeedAI account with some food logs
  • Paid ChatGPT Plus or Claude Pro account
  • Developer Mode enabled (for ChatGPT)

2 Get Your MCP Server URL

Use this MCP server URL to connect your FeedAI health data:

https://feedai-chatgpt-mcp-server-835031330028.us-central1.run.app/sse

This server provides access to all your health data including meals, sleep, recovery, body composition, activity, and more.

3 ChatGPT Setup

Follow these steps to connect FeedAI to ChatGPT:

  1. Go to Settings > Apps & Connectors > Advanced Settings
  2. Toggle on "Developer Mode"
  3. Click the Create button in the upper-right
  4. In "New Connector", fill in:
    • Name: FeedAI Health
    • Description: Access your health data including meals, sleep, recovery, and body composition
    • MCP Server URL: Your server URL from Step 2
    • Authentication: OAuth
    • OAuth Client ID: Leave blank
    • OAuth Client Secret: Leave blank
    • Check the box for "I understand and want to continue"
  5. Press Create
  6. Complete the authorization flow using the same Google account you used for FeedAI

4 Claude Desktop Setup

Add the FeedAI MCP server to your Claude Desktop configuration:

  1. Open Claude Desktop Settings
  2. Navigate to "Connectors" or "MCP Servers"
  3. Click "Add Custom Connector"
  4. Paste your MCP server URL from Step 2
  5. Complete the OAuth authorization using your Google account

5 Start Asking Questions

Once connected, you can ask about all your health data! Try these starter prompts:

  • "How did I sleep last night?" - Get your sleep duration, quality, HRV, and recovery score
  • "Give me a full health summary for yesterday" - Combines sleep, recovery, nutrition, and activity data
  • "How much protein have I eaten this week?" - Analyzes your meal logs with macro breakdowns
  • "What's my body composition trend over the past month?" - Shows weight, body fat %, and muscle mass changes
  • "Based on my recovery score, how hard should I train today?" - Get training recommendations based on your recovery
