Connect FeedAI to your AI
Give Claude or ChatGPT access to your health data - nutrition, sleep, recovery, body composition, and activity. It's a one-time setup that takes a few minutes.
Showing the steps. Show steps for both.
- The FeedAI app, signed in, with a few meals logged
- Claude: a paid plan (Pro or Max)
- ChatGPT: a paid plan, Developer Mode turned on, and a computer for the one-time setup
1 Copy your server URL
One URL works for both Claude and ChatGPT:
https://feedai-chatgpt-mcp-server-835031330028.us-central1.run.app/mcp
The "chatgpt" in the server address is historical - the same URL works for Claude.
Once connected, Claude and ChatGPT can read your data — and update your goals and profile as you plan in chat. Changes apply right away and are always reviewable in the app. Goal and profile updates are part of the Premium plan.
2 Connect in Claude
Same flow on claude.ai and the desktop app:
- In Claude settings, go to Connectors
- Click "Add custom connector"
- Paste your server URL from step 1 and confirm
- Sign in with the same Google account you use for FeedAI
3 Connect in ChatGPT
Send yourself the steps and finish there - it takes about five minutes.
On a computer:
- Go to Settings > Apps & Connectors > Advanced settings and turn on Developer Mode
- Click Create in the upper right
- In "New Connector", fill in:
- Name: FeedAI Health
- Description: Health data including meals, sleep, recovery, and body composition
- MCP Server URL: your server URL from step 1
- Authentication: OAuth - leave client ID and secret blank
- Check "I understand and want to continue"
- Press Create
- Sign in with the same Google account you use for FeedAI
4 Start asking questions
Once connected, your AI answers from your actual data. Try these starter prompts:
- "How did I sleep last night?" - Sleep duration, quality, HRV, and recovery score
- "Give me a full health summary for yesterday" - Combines sleep, recovery, nutrition, and activity data
- "How much protein have I eaten this week?" - Analyzes your meal logs with macro breakdowns
- "What's my body composition trend over the past month?" - Weight, body fat %, and muscle mass changes
- "Based on my recovery score, how hard should I train today?" - Training guidance based on your recovery
- "I'm tapering for a marathon - set my macros for race week" - Your AI sets per-day carb targets and your rings update in FeedAI
See our Example Prompts page for the full prompt library.
What does "MCP" mean?
In simple terms: MCP lets you give ChatGPT or Claude permission to see all your health data - and to set your macro plan.
Once connected, you can ask questions like "How did I sleep last night?", "What's my recovery score?", or "What should I eat for dinner to hit my protein goal?" and the AI will answer using your actual health data.
