"Please review my diet over the last two weeks and give me an idea of my macros, nutrients, and chemicals that I'm putting into my body"
Macronutrient Summary (Last 14 Days) Average daily intake: ~1,850 kcal with 45% from fat (93g), 35% from protein (162g), and 20% from carbs (93g). Protein is excellent for muscle maintenance. Your carb intake supports a low-carb approach.

Micronutrients & Notable Compounds Strong sources of Vitamin A (eggs, cheese), B12 (meat, dairy), and potassium (avocado, spinach). Consider more Vitamin C from leafy greens or citrus.

"I want to run 15 miles tomorrow. What should I eat tonight to prepare?"
Tonight's Nutrition Strategy for Tomorrow's 15-Miler Let me pull your current data to give you personalized recommendations.

Your Current State (5:45 PM):
• Recovery: 39% (yellow - below optimal)
• Today's intake: 2,336 calories
• Macros: 188g fat, 139g protein, 26.5g net carbs
• You're running keto-adapted based on your recent patterns

The Challenge: Running 15 miles on 26.5g net carbs means you're relying heavily on fat oxidation. Your 39% recovery is a yellow flag - not ideal for a long run.

Tonight's Strategy (Next 3-4 Hours):

Immediate Priority (6:30-8:00 PM):
• Add 500-700 more calories tonight
• Focus on easily digestible fat + moderate protein
• Consider adding 20-30g strategic carbs (sweet potato, rice) to top off muscle glycogen

Specific Meal Suggestion:
• 6oz salmon or fatty fish (300 cal, 20g protein, 25g fat)
• 1 medium avocado (250 cal, 21g fat)
• Small portion rice or sweet potato (100-150 cal, 25-30g carbs)
• Total: ~650 calories

Hydration Tonight:
• Drink 16-20oz water before bed
• Add electrolytes (sodium, potassium, magnesium)

Tomorrow Morning (2-3 hours before run):
• Light breakfast: 200-300 calories
• Easy fats: MCT oil in coffee, or eggs with butter
• Skip fiber - you want quick energy, not digestive work

Important Context: Your 39% recovery means your body is still processing recent stress. I'd recommend:
1. Running at conversational pace (slower than you think)
2. Bringing fuel for the run (gels or easily digestible carbs)
3. Being willing to cut it short if you feel off

Want me to set tomorrow's macro targets to match? I can bump your carbs for the run and your rings will update in FeedAI.

What You Get

Simple tools that create useful data

📸

Photo, Barcode, or Text

Snap a photo and AI identifies the food. Scan packaged stuff against OpenFoodFacts and USDA data. Or just type "two eggs and toast." You might want to adjust portions sometimes.

🔁

Log It Again

Most meals are repeats, so the second time is one tap. Pin your regulars, relog anything from history, and "Suggested now" surfaces your usuals by time of day and place.

📊

Your Rings, Your Rules

Pick 3-8 dashboard rings from 17 nutrients. Goals fill up as you eat; limits are budgets that shift green to amber to red as you approach FDA/AHA caps. Targets come pre-filled — zero setup.

📱

Home Screen Widgets

Your rings on your Home Screen — top 4 in a small square, or all 8 full width. Both update live as you log.

🔌

MCP: Read and Write

ChatGPT and Claude can read your nutrition, sleep, and recovery. With Premium, your AI coach can actually set your macro plan — carb cycling, race-week fueling — with the rationale shown in-app.

📈

Questions?

What is MCP?

Model Context Protocol is an open standard that lets AI assistants access external data. FeedAI implements MCP so ChatGPT, Claude, and other compatible tools can read all your health data - nutrition, sleep, recovery, body composition, and activity. With Premium, they can also write: set your daily macro plan and update your goals as you chat.

How accurate is the photo analysis?

It's good for common foods and reasonable for most meals. The AI gives a confidence score and asks a clarifying question when it's unsure. Think of it as a solid first guess that saves you time - you can always adjust before saving. Not perfect, but fast.

Do I have to use ChatGPT or Claude?

Nope. The app works great on its own - photo logging, one-tap repeats, rings, and widgets don't need any AI connected. MCP integration is there if you want it.

Is my data private?

Yes. You control which AI assistants can access your data, and you can revoke access anytime. FeedAI never sells your data.

What are budget rings?

Most rings fill up as you eat - protein, fiber, potassium. Budget rings work the other way: they're limits. Added sugar, sodium, and saturated fat shift from green to amber to red as you approach FDA/AHA caps. Added sugar uses the 25g AHA limit, and natural fruit sugar doesn't count against it. Targets come pre-filled - long-press any ring to customize.

Can Claude really set my macros?

Yes, really. With Premium, connected assistants can write to FeedAI, not just read. Tell Claude you're tapering for a marathon and it sets your carbs for each day of race week - your rings update to match, and the rationale shows up in the app. You can edit or remove anything it sets, anytime.
